Due to weather constraints upon arrival in Port-Vila, flights SB230 and SB231 on March 17th have been rescheduled for March 18th at the following local times:
Nouméa to Port-Vila SB230:
- Departure from Nouméa at 6:20 PM on March 18th
- Arrival in Port-Vila at 7:30 PM
Port-Vila to Nouméa SB231:
- Departure from Port-Vila at 8:35 PM on March 18th
- Arrival in Nouméa at 9:40 PM

AIRCRAFT CHANGE FROM MARCH 15 TO APRIL 30 INCLUDED
From March 15, our Airbus A330neo Kanuméra will be part of a worldwide A330 upgrade program.
To ensure our flight schedule, we have chartered an Airbus A330-200 from Wamos Air, a European airline operating under the same regulations and standards as Aircalin (member of IATA, certified by IOSA).
This aircraft offers an equivalent level of comfort to our Airbus A330neo.
On board, our passengers will be greeted and served by our cabin crew alongside the Wamos crew, to guarantee them a quality experience.
As this aircraft is not part of our fleet, some elements of our on-board service are subject to change. In particular, Wi-Fi is not available on these flights.
Passengers will be contacted by their initial point of sale.

Our Airbus A320neo Tibarama is grounded for engine repairs following a technical failure.
To maintain our flight schedule, we have chartered an Airbus A319 from Amelia International, a European airline operating under the same regulations and standards as Aircalin (member of IATA, certified by IOSA).
This aircraft offers an equivalent level of comfort to our Airbus A320neo.
On board, our passengers will be welcomed and served by our cabin crew alongside the Amelia crew, to guarantee a quality experience.
As this aircraft is not part of our fleet, some elements of our onboard service are subject to change. In particular, we inform you that Wi-Fi is not available on these flights and that the entertainment program can only be accessed via your smartphone, tablet or computer device.
Concerned flights:
- Amelia's aircraft will be affected in priority on the Auckland, Brisbane and Sydney rotations during this period, starting this Wednesday, February 28.
- Other regional destinations (Melbourne, Nadi-Papeete, Port Vila, Wallis) will be served by Aircalin's A320neo "Nouméa" aircraft.
